- You must be at least 17 years old by the end of your first semester living in UNBC Housing
- To be eligible for Housing you must be registered in a minimum of 1 UNBC course for each semester you live in Residence
- All students under the age of 19 must have a parent or guardian sign the Residence Contract
- The Residence Room Deposit (CAD 275/INR 16,794) and the non-refundable Application Fee (CAD 26.50/INR 1,618) is required to complete your application
