MBA in International Business - Batch of 2026

A stepping stone into the big leagues
Tips: Try to have attendance and not miss a lot of lectures; the retake fee for all the courses individually is very high, so try to not have any backlogs. I personally got a 20% scholarship, but 20% is more like a discount rather than a scholarship, so try pushing for more, as the university is on the expensive side. I personally believe that I would've made more out of this opportunity if I had been more inclined from the very beginning towards the process of getting aligned with the German language and culture.
Likes (Safety): I wouldn't say there was any special campus security because it is not really a campus. It is basically two buildings where you also have some other offices, so it is mostly protected by the police of the vicinity, but safety in Munich is not an issue. Munich itself is a very safe place to stay, live, and work. Also, it is entered by tourists and also a lot of international computers, so there is a good mix of history, culture, and diversity.
Dislikes (Student Life): I gave Student Life a 3/5 because EU Business School operates more like a commuter campus than a traditional university hub. Most days, you come in for your three-hour lecture—or six hours if you have a double block—and once classes wrap up, everyone usually disperses across Munich rather than hanging around on campus all day. The university does offer student initiatives—I joined the Debate Club myself, and there are finance and fitness groups floating around—but because the campus footprint is quite compact and urban, there isn't that massive, bustling campus atmosphere you might expect elsewhere. You basically have to manufacture your own social life in Munich—the clubs give you a place to start, but don't count on campus events to hand you a friend group.

Waste of money and time. even for graduation we have to pay 600€ which makes no sense,
Tips: They will help you with basic information, but in the end you only have to figure everything out for yourself. They mostly have Asian students, so as I said earlier, don't expect much of an international exposure. I would not recommend EU Business School, especially the Munich campus, to new students, as it's private, and before you get to know what's happening around you, you will be done with your studies. If you get a course in a public university, make sure to try to get into that.
Likes (Public transportation): Public transport here is safe, clean, and very easy to understand. You will find transportation every 500 meters. Mostly it's on time, but regional trains sometimes run late. Also, we have the Deutschland ticket for 69, and you can travel within all of Germany with that ticket.
Dislikes (Value for money): I gave 2 because as a finance student I ended up studying marketing. Not that I am complaining, but I was not expecting that. Also didn't get much of an international exposure and ended up having a SPAN degree, which is not that strong in the current German market.

INDIAN INDIAN INDIAN IN MUNICH
Tips: If you want to come, learn German till B2 at least. Also, be outgoing and the one who genuinely likes to have fun. Be laid-back; work on yourself. And don't stress. Also, students in this university are really busy with jobs and stuff and are not socializing much. One of the reasons is most international students are Eastern European, and Eastern Europeans aren't fun; they are kind of weird, loll. If you want to have fun, you have to make friends at work.
Likes (Safety): It's Munich, mostly a rich, kind of German-speaking population. The police here are super strict compared to other states. Also, German lovers' rules: they follow instructions. So the city as a whole is pretty safe; I mean, I get blacked-out drunk every weekend, and I don't remember how I get home, but I reach home.
Dislikes (Internships): Because this university doesn't provide mandatory internships to students, and this ***. There is little to no guidance regarding internships. They do have something called "company meets," where a lot of companies come with their both and stuff, but these companies are rarely hiring.

A beginning to what you want to do in the business world
Tips: You should know that you wouldn't be getting a campus like a big fancy American or British college but you would get an understanding of how the business world operates They would teach you business frameworks and how to arrange your thoughts, which is the aspect that gets lost when you get engrossed with thoughts about the functioning or research findings.
Likes (Quality of faculty): The huge upside at EU Business School’s Munich campus is that most of your professors aren't career academics who have spent their whole lives inside a library—they are active entrepreneurs, consultants, and industry executives working right here in Munich's corporate hub. They bring real-world case studies, current market strategies, and actual business failures directly into the classroom. The only reason it’s not a full 5 stars is that being a brilliant business manager doesn't automatically make someone a natural educator. A few lecturers rely heavily on unstructured discussions or personal anecdotes rather than a polished pedagogical style. But honestly, I’d still trade a dry textbook lecture for raw, pragmatic industry experience any day—it gives you a much better picture of how global business actually works.
Dislikes (Value for money): Should have paid less for the amount I did, but private universities in Germany are not cheap, so that changes the way I look at it. The campus is another factor. When I came to this university, the campus was really small, but the good part is that it has expanded since then, and now I feel it's much better.

Things to know before joining EU Business School
Tips: We need to study and do the assignments from the beginning as there are deadlines for all assignments. Kindly note it's difficult to extend the deadline without proper reasons until and unless if you are sick and have a proper doctor certificate. Professors are very good and you will get practical experience from them which is very important for job seeking and Entrepreneurship.
Likes (Permanent Immigration): In Germany, there is a criteria to follow which are simple and easy as compared with other countries. These criteria are: Speak German upto B1 level, have a decent salary, stay in Germany upto 4 to 5 years after your completion of study. Jobs are bit difficult to get at the beginning even if you are experienced however once you get a full time job and if you can survive 6 months in the company, you get your permanent position.
Dislikes (Value for money): Compared to other universities, fees is low. However there is a bad part in this university, passing marks is 70 and if you get below 70 in any subject, you need to pay approximately 2000 euros to retake the subject and they don't give you degree or rather not applicable for dissertation if you have below 3.0 CGPA out of 4.0 as per UK system of study. Keeping that in mind, one should move forward. To get more CGPA, you can redo a subject however you need to pay 150 euros per subject.
