Be friendly and socialize with people.
Tips: I would say that studies over here are not like it is back home. I did not have any work experience before the commencement of my degree. My tip would be to work for a few years and then go for a master's, as they don't teach much and in depth over here. Also, you need to be very active and good at speaking because networking opens doors for you over here and not just having technical knowledge.

Stressful, waste of money and don't want to do it again.
Tips: It's a waste of money. They will not help you even if you are top 5 percent of your batch. There are no good scholarships for international students other than the 15 percent. That 15 percent barely even helps me at all. First class doesn't mean anything on graduation day. They will not announce it. I am satisfied with my university.
Likes (Safety): Felt included, doesn't feel anyone would hurt me. People are there were friendly. I don't think there were incidents of stealing but they put signs on as well. Some teachers were nice and helpful. There weren't any problems in the university safety wise.
Dislikes (Internships): They did not help to give any internships or helping them recommend us to different companies. It was a struggle to even get an internship without pay. The internships are there where we can apply, but other universities can also apply. They are not responsible for helping us get an internship. So on top of the grades, this also increases my stress levels.

Great for studies and growth for international students.
Tips: Growing up in India, I know that our schools and colleges are very interactive with everyone, including students, teachers and other staff, but in these universities we barely talk to anyone cause people are just busy with their own lives. So these are like just do your studies and leave. Do your own, succeed and live happily.

UniSA is a lifetime opportunity that offers strong academic support.
Tips: Students should know that UniSA is a great university and a lifetime opportunity that offers strong academic support and a diverse, welcoming environment. UniSA is where global learning meets real-world support - be ready for growth, challenges and a vibrant cultural journey.
Likes (Value for money): The tuition fees are well justified given the quality of education, access to resources and support services provided. The practical learning environment adds real value to my career goals. The overall learning experience feels aligned with industry expectations.
Dislikes (Internships): The guidance felt limited and largely self-directed. It would have been better if there were more curated or faculty-specific internships. UniSA provide the best internships and placement opportunities for medical students, hope it improves the process for other courses as well.

Australian education and culture shift can be challenging.
Tips: There is a huge cultural and academic shift when you migrate to any other country. People are generally nice and want to talk to you and know your experience so you will have to be a bit more extrovert to make yourself known. I went with a scholarship which was around 10,000 Dollars deducted from the total tuition fee.
Likes (Post study jobs): There are only a few companies that will sponsor visas for employees. You have to apply for your own work visa post-study. Depending on your previous experience, students will generally get entry-level jobs but since there is minimum wage and quick progression, students will not face any issues and will be able to live comfortably.
Dislikes (Permanent Immigration): Australian government constantly changes their immigration laws and jobs required to achieve Permanent Residence (PR). Even if you have planned your path to PR, circumstances can still change to where when you are applying for your post-study visa, they may not grant you that visa. Given a chance, I will permanently migrate to Australia.

It is for your dream come true university.
Tips: When I came to McGill University, things were a bit different. Montreal's mix of cultures was interesting. At first, it was a bit strange, but I liked learning about new traditions, foods and celebrations. Being part of McGill's diverse community has made my time here more colourful and exciting.
Likes (Public transportation): Getting around McGill University is pretty convenient with good public transportation. The system connects well with the rest of the city, making it easy to move around and affordable. The weather is generally nice but if you plan to work in the long run, having your own vehicle like a car, might come in handy.
Dislikes (Student Life): Life as a student at McGill University is a mix of studies and some chill time. The campus in Montreal is cool with open space to relax during break. I am not much into events because I am busy and there are not many specific student clubs. It's a laid-back vibe. But I have found my own routine.

Good student life with the McGill's MBA.
Tips: It is a pretty intensive course and it requires long hours. French language is not necessary. But it’s fun to learn from professors and guest speakers. The fall semester is the hardest with maximum number of subjects in one semester and it is pretty fast paced as well.
Likes (Student Life): Safe environment for students. Clean and quiet places around the campus are there to sit and study. Study rooms for group study in library as well as in the department building are there. Special care is given for the physical and mental well being of students. A lot of fun events are organized on almost every weekend.
Dislikes (Indian Food): Less options for Indian cuisine are available, but a great place for people who are interested in trying different cuisines. Plenty of affordable eateries near the campus are available as well, although you can find good Indian restaurants outside downtown and they are pretty cheap as well.
