Registering for the GMAT test can send the GMAT score report to 5 business schools. If you are taking the test at the test centre and have paid the registration fee, you can send your GMAT score report to up to five programs. What is the GMAT Exam Fees in India?

Indian applicants seeking to take the GMAT exam in India soon will be required to pay the base fee mentioned above, along with an additional tax. Here is how much is GMAT exam fees in India for both test centres and GMAT Online:

  • GMAT exam fees in India for test centre costs are USD 275 (base fee) + USD 49.50 (tax), totalling USD 324.50 (approximately INR 27,995).
  • The GMAT exam fees in India for GMAT Online are USD 300 (base fee) + USD 54 (tax), totalling USD 354 (approximately INR 30,540).

NOTE: The tax is calculated as per 18% GST in India for taking the GMAT exam in India either online or at a test centre.

The fee will fluctuate in Indian currency based on the current exchange rate. Applicants must check the exchange rate and then choose their preferred GMAT exam format and register accordingly. Payment Methods for Booking the GMAT Slot

The GMAT exam slots can be scheduled through online registration, irrespective of the mode; GMAT exam fees remain the same. GMAT exam fees can be paid to GMAC via VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover Network Cards. If your credit or debit card is declined, your appointment will be cancelled. You need to schedule another GMAT appointment with a valid payment.

A few banks do not allow debit cards to be used online unless the merchant participates in Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode. It requires the customer to enter a PIN. Here, GMAC plays no role. In this case, please contact your bank for assistance.

GMAT exam fees for Indian applicants can be converted into dollars when paying for the GMAT exam registration. The GMAT exam fees cannot be waived; applicants must pay the base amount and the tax levied on the GMAT exam fee, based on the version selected for testing.
