Payment Methods for the Ireland Student Visa Application

The process for paying the Irish student visa application fee in India involves specific channels facilitated by the Embassy of Ireland. There are primarily two methods through which Indian applicants can remit the required visa fee. The most common method is through Visa Facilitation Services (VFS) Global, which serves as the official partner for the Embassy of Ireland in India for processing visa applications. When booking their visa appointment through VFS Global, applicants can directly pay the visa fee along with any applicable service charges.

Alternatively, applicants have the option to make the payment via a bank draft in Indian Rupees (₹ INR) made payable to the Embassy of Ireland. Regardless of the chosen payment method, it is essential to retain proof of payment. For those who opt for the VFS Global route, the online fee payment receipt generated during the appointment booking process is typically required as a supporting document for the visa application.
