The SAT exam fee includes the SAT registration fee which is USD 68 plus a regional fee. SAT Exam Fees in India 2025

The SAT exam fees in India are divided into three categories and are charged as:

  • Registration fee for SAT: USD 68.
  • An SAT regional fee for registration: USD 43.
  • GST is levied on it as well and amounts to USD 19.98.

Thus, the SAT exam fees of USD 130.98 or INR 11,611. The SAT examination fees are fixed. However, SAT exam fee waivers are applicable for a few Indian students depending upon their annual family income. For more details, check SAT Scholarships.

SAT Reschedule Fee

Candidates are required to pay an additional fee of USD 34 to cancel the SAT registration before the regular change deadline. Otherwise USD 44 will be charged to cancel after the regular change deadline through test day. 

SAT Test Center Change Fee

If you want to change your original SAT test centre after registration, you will have to pay USD 34. You can change the test centre by calling College Board's customer service number also. This does not include SAT date change. 

SAT Score Services Fees

If you want SAT score reports other than the four score reports then you need to pay an Additional score report fee. Similarly, if you want to get SAT scores by phone then you need to pay a fee to get this service. We have discussed these kinds of services below.

Candidates can request them by phone or mail. This standard fee for additional score report requests will apply to each score report that you'd like to include with your order

A:

No, Indian students or international students cannot pay SAT fee though EMI or through any part-payment option. Applicants have to pay full SAT fee in one go when registering for SAT exam on College Board's website.
