BITS Pilani Dubai Admissions 2026: Requirements, Application Deadlines & Fees

BITS Pilani Dubai campus admission requirements varies as per the programme type for Indian students. Applicant must meet the general admission requirements for their programme and apply for admission by the deadline. Mentioned below are the BITS Dubai admission requirements for International students:

BITS Dubai requirements for first-degree programs:

• Complete 12th Grade or equivalent with a minimum 60% overall aggregate of marks and a minimum aggregate of 60% in Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry/ Biology/ Computer Science or any other vocational subjects with at least 50% marks in each subject.

BITS Dubai requirements for higher degree programs:

• Complete a bachelor's degree with a minimum aggregate of 60% in relevant disciplines.
• Candidates will be required to appear and successfully clear the Interview to qualify for higher degree admission

The BITS Pilani Dubai acceptance rate is around 60% as per the unofficial source. This means that out of 100 applicantion only 60 will get offers. The admissions at BITS Dubai becomes moderatly competitive for International students because of slightly high acceptance rate. Students must need a minimum of 60% aggregate in qualifying exams. There is no BITS Pilani Dubai acceptance rate given by the institute, however, the BITS Pilani India acceptance rate is around 8%.

BITS Pilani, Dubai Campus is the international campus of BITS Pilani India. It is a premier Engineering institute in the UAE. Also, there is no separate deadline to apply for these scholarships, it automatically happens during the admission process while applying. 

For admissions at BITS Pilani Dubai, there are only two intakes available which are September and February. And there is no October intake for courses at BITS Dubai.

As per the recent notification, international students can apply for the BITS Pilani, Dubai Campus, two times a year. These intakes are named as the February and September intakes. They align well with the academic calendar of Dubai. 

The February intake for the BITS Dubai Computer Science program stands closed for 2026 but for the September intake.

To get into BITS Pilani Dubai, students need to score a minimum of 60% overall in the qualifying examination and a minimum aggregate of 60% in Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry/ Biology/ Computer Science, or any other vocational subjects with at least 50% marks in each subject. This whole process starts by submitting an initial application along with all the required documents and the final marksheet, whenever available.

These can be uploaded via the official admission portal of the university. The marksheets should be available before the final closing date of BITS Pilani.

It is important for Indian students to apply to BITS Pilani Dubai via the application fee of AED 220 (INR 5.4K). 

This application fee can be paid online via debit or credit cards when submitting the application. While online payments are preferred, by using banks, Indian applicants can also pay this fee offline.
