Though there has been no tuition fee for bachelor programs across Public Universities in Germany since 2014, a few universities charge for special master’s programs. Before you choose to study in German universities it is important to know the tuition fees and other expenses.

MBA colleges fees in Germany

Germany is a very good country for students who want to study abroad. It gives quality education at low cost when you compare it with other places. Many students like to choose Germany because of its top universities and low tuition fees. With world-famous universities, cheap education, safe living, and many job options, Germany got everything a student looks for. That’s why more people keep saying Germany is a great place to study abroad.

As said by MEA India, almost 43,000 Indian students are now studying in Germany, and this number is growing more every year.

Before you check the list of affordable MBA universities in Germany, it’s good to understand that no tuition fee doesn’t mean free study. The public universities in Germany still take some small amount like semester fees, student union fee, registration charge, semester pass, and also social contribution.

Are German MBAs Really Tuition-Free?

Before we check the list of cheapest universities in Germany for MBA, here's a quick clarification: No tuition fee does not mean no fees at all.

Another thing which is important to note at this junction is that, like across many European Countries, German Universities to offer an MSc in Management and related courses which is equivalent to the MBAs. Keeping these factors in mind, we present the list of 10 Most Affordable Colleges/ Universities in Germany for MBA. These are essentially universities that do not charge any tuition fee and are ranked as per the approximate Semester Fee that is payable. This Semester Fee usually includes the student pass as well which is on an average €80. Also, a semester in Germany is about 5 – 6 months. Apart from the above charges, the students would be required to keep in mind the cost of living in Germany which comes to around €700 a month. This varies from city to city. Some of the above mentioned universities also offer room and boarding and other facilities in campus and charge a nominal fee for the same. Other good universities like the University of Cologne and University of Bayreuth charge a nominal tuition fee as well of €1000 for one year. Additional Expenses for MBA Students in Germany

Besides semester fees, you need to plan money for living in Germany, which is around €700–€900 per month depending on the city you stay.

Some universities give on-campus housing and meal plans at small charges. Others, like University of Cologne or University of Bayreuth, still charge a little tuition fee (around €1,000 per year).

When you check total cost, also think about:
