Primarily, there is only one main intake for Master of Science (MS) courses for Indian students which is the Fall intake starting in the month of September.
Very few MS programs offer a secondary Winter intake in January, it is department-specific. The competitive programs like Computer Science, only have the Canadian September intake. Applications for the Toronto University Computer Science program are closed for the Fall 2026 intake.

University of Toronto MS Entry Requirements 2026
For applying to the MS courses at the University of Toronto, Indian students would generally need a 4-year UG degree from a well-known university. A score of 77 to 79% or a CGPA of 8.0/10 is also required. The MS admissions for Indian applicants are extremely competitive so meeting the minimum criteria does not guarantee acceptance.
