Oxford University Offers HISA Youth Fellowships 2025

Study Abroad: The University of Oxford and the Headway Institute of Strategic Alliance (HISA) are all set to offer HISA Youth Fellowships 2025. The application deadline is May 25, 2025.

These fellowships will be offered in the UK from August 23 to August 26, 2025. It is a prestigious global leadership program. The fellows will get a platform for collaborative problem-solving, engaging in high-level discussions, and policy-making exercises. The platform will bring together exceptional academics, policymakers, young leaders, and practitioners to drive impactful solutions by addressing pressing global challenges.

There are 30 fully funded seats, 50 self-funded seats, and 100 partially funded seats.

Eligibility Criteria For HISA Youth Fellowships 2025

The following are the eligibility criteria:

• The applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 45 years.
• The fellowships are open to all regions and nationalities.
• All the sessions will be held in English. Hence, the applicant should be proficient in the English language.
• They must demonstrate a strong background in advocacy, leadership, community engagement and research.
• The candidates should be passionate about diplomacy, policy development, youth activism, and global governance.

Selection Criteria

The following are the selection criteria:

• The candidates should be able to lead initiatives, influence change, and contribute meaningfully to discussions.
• They should clearly articulate their goals.
• They must have a proven record of advocacy, community engagement, or policy initiatives.
• The applicants should have a solid track record of achievements in volunteering, youth activism, diplomacy, governance, or any relevant fields.

How To Apply For HISA Youth Fellowships 2025

The following are the steps that the candidates need to follow to apply for this fellowship:

Step 1: The candidates must fill out the official HISA Youth Fellowship 2025 Application Form online with their personal details and academic/professional background, summary of relevant advocacy, leadership, or policy experience, relevant questions, and motivation statement.

Step 2: The assessment and the shortlisting will be done by an independent panel of experts by considering the alignment of applications with the program themes, motivation and leadership experience.

Step 3: Final selection and notification will be sent through email, and it will contain further instructions for participation.
