Applying is a completely online process completed directly through the official Rhodes Trust Application Portal. Having an offer from the University of Oxford prior to applying for the Rhodes Scholarships is not a requirement. Below are the steps that Indian students must take to apply for the next round of Rhodes Scholarships:
