Note:- The above image is for illustrative purpose only.
While applying to UK universities, you are required to fill UCAS application. UCAS full form is Universities and Colleges Admissions Service. It is a portal between applicants and institutions in the UK. The UCAS online form collects all the information from you and provides it to the British institutions, after which they decide if you are suitable for them. It is like a centralised college form which provides all the student data to various colleges, and then they decide the cutoffs based on the quality of applications. It is, therefore, a very important step in the application process. As it is your chance to explain to colleges why they should pick you over others, you must pay a lot of attention and time while filling UCAS application.
While you can't really control other parts of the form, like academic records, what you can do is write a brilliant personal statement. You will have an essay to tell the admissions officers about yourself. This is your chance to outline your abilities, motivations, and achievements.
