MSc in Human Resource Management - Batch of 2025
4.1
An experience of learning and exploration.
Tips: If you are open and easily adaptive your life gets simple around. There are many challenges such as weather, balancing studies, work and chores altogether, feeling lonely and left out often during families and pressure to get along with others so you don't feel left out. Talking about the cultural shift is the culture here is exactly opposite from where I came from. People here are really friendly and helpful if you are friendly enough. I availed a 7500 pounds scholarship and addition 1000 pounds scholarship for my accommodation. It depends on what course you choose and your choice of accommodation. Extremely satisfied with the university and helpful faculty, due to recent changes in the course structure it is more practical now. I guess it is a good opportunity for an upcoming student. Good experiences.
Likes (Indian Food): There are many restaurants and fast food options available. Not only Indian but many other cuisine options to go for. You can order food online and students get discounts as well. I prefer cooking myself most of the times but when it's the deadline period its hard to manage all together.
Dislikes (Permanent Immigration): Due to recent changes in Visa rules and salary threshold, and the years required to stay for getting a PR. It is hard to get one as a permanent settlement option. I would say no, I'll probably move back to India or maybe some other country as visa policies are highly unpredictable and unreliable.

Fun and vibrant student life.
Tips: Till now, what I have seen is that mostly it depends on the person's luck but even I am still processing what is happening around me. But I would like to have some patience and faith in myself as there is some more time. I would like to have a permanent settlement but just I am trusting the process. The transition is not much, once they come, they will get to experience everything without any expectations. If they're here then everything will be easy. A scholarship of 3000 pounds for my course, everyone will get that and 1500 pounds if we pay the rural fee within a certain duration of time. I'm very happy with my decision to move here and this experience in my life was much needed for me and helped a lot for me to be a better person.
Likes (Student Life): Mostly travelling to attend the classes and in the union or in my room, spending some alone time or with friends just chilling out. There would be a lot of activities but I was kind of busy with my own things. I am not in any of the clubs or communities but I regret that I'm not in any of them.

Great university with good faculty and a great experience.
Tips: It is not different from any other university experience. However make sure to sign up for a lot of university events in the first few weeks that would help in great networking and awareness of what is happening around the campus. I availed of a few scholarships offered by my university, but those are automatically allotted to international students. The faculty are mostly Asians and most classmates would be Asians too.
Likes (Safety): I stayed in a student accommodation and am currently in an individual accommodation. I would say Belfast is safer than any other UK city, but it does not mean we can roam around all night in dodgy places and say the same. People don’t usually bother you until we speak to them.
Dislikes (Permanent Immigration): Permanent settlement is a great challenge in the UK currently. Given an option I would like to complete my master's and work in a related field for the next 2-3 years and transfer to a new country with more scope and continue working there. We should make sure to work in a field related to our degree so the experience can be used in our paper.

Great university, amazing campus, fun activities throughout the study year.
Tips: One would learn many things out of their comfort zone. Independent, relentless while you speak with people, learn to make new contacts. Good scholarships depend on one's credibility. Student life is a great experience but post student life is okay, just until you're coming for a good course.
Likes (Student Life): Great student life and friendly staff. We have social events and cultural events. Good support for assignments. An amazing campus where you can spend time and meet new people. Dance events, sports events, loads of activities and much more to explore around as well. Good student experience overall.
Dislikes (Permanent Immigration): Rules changes have a lot on immigration. I would think thrice before deciding if I want to live here permanently or not. Job opportunities are declining apart from AI opportunities. If you are well experienced in any field, make sure your occupation ones under the skilled worker job code.

MSc(Res) in Cancer Medicine - Batch of 2026
4.1
Just keep exploring and everyday will be a new surprise.
Tips: Not everyone would talk to you. It doesn't mean that people here don't like you. Sometimes you could be mistaken for a racist mentality. But the people are quite in general. They are polite if you ask for help. But don't expect they will always be willing to talk. I don't mean to say there is 0 racism here. But their basic human nature and racist attitude are distinguishable. Eating out could be expensive. Make the right friends. Take time to cook your own food rather than buying a pack of tortillas. Home cooked meal hits different.
Likes (Value for money): I study at Patrick Johnson centre for Cancer Research. It's one of the most advanced centres and the Principal investigators get loads of funding for the project. This is really important if you are aspiring to work in research. The labs, the projects, the seminars, the modules, and the help you get to learn everything are 10/10.
Dislikes (Part time work): The college schedule of MRes Cancer Medicine is for 5 days a week 9 am to 5 pm. It becomes pretty tiring to go to work after college and work for at least 4-5 hours. Anyway, this experience is tough. But you get a good hang of this routine. Unknowingly, it is making you tough for your struggle.

Fun loving and supportive with great facilities, just like a Russell group university should be.
Tips: Students should know that the college is situated in Belfast, which is bit isolated from the rest of the UK. However, faculty members and support staff are excellent here. Lab facilities, classrooms are well managed. Usually, you get a scholarship which is between 4000 pounds to 6000 pounds depending on your course.

Diversity that becomes a family at QUB.
Tips: It's a great place to study after moving to Belfast; the people are very kind, and the nightlife is good. When you come to a new country, try to blend in and explore the culture. The university offers financial aid, but you might need to provide supporting documentation. A loan document could be helpful. It offers around 500. I am very satisfied with my time here.
Likes (Part time work): We have opportunities in the union with many roles, even off-campus; we have access to plenty of jobs. The kind and polite people create a nice working environment that is manageable with academics. I would suggest avoiding food chain jobs. On average, a student can earn £850 per month.
Dislikes (Internships): There are fewer internship opportunities in Belfast compared to the mainland. Since most courses start in September, many internship postings come out in October and November, which is when new students arrive and often miss out. Therefore, I would recommend starting your search as soon as you begin your course.

Good for PhD studies, but not recommended for a Master's degree.
Tips: It’s advisable to have prior work experience as there are no placement services or a dedicated placement year. Enrolling at the bachelor’s level is recommended as it can positively influence your mindset. This university primarily focuses on research and not industry oriented training, so manage your job expectations accordingly.
Likes (Student Life): The student union is excellent for relaxing. There’s a library for studying and group discussions, a large gym a swimming pool and other facilities. Belfast has a good nightlife with pubs. Be aware of junkies as they may try to start fights.
Dislikes (Internships): The university doesn’t offer internships unlike other courses. Moreover we struggle to secure external internships due to visa issues. Therefore applying for graduate roles and internships feels like a waste of time. I’m unsure what the future holds as they’ve also altered the course modules.

Perfectly designed university for students.
Tips: I love the culture here in Belfast. The people are amazing and friendly, both in Belfast and in other cities in Northern Ireland. I got a PGT scholarship with an early bird offer of 2000+1500 = 3500. After subtracting the scholarship amount, I paid the fee amount. I am very satisfied with the course, the country, and the university.
Likes (Part time work): I spend my day walking from the student accommodation to my university, which takes about 15-20 minutes. I love learning with my classmates, and the campus is amazing. The student union is a great place to hang out, socialize, and work. They have a piano and organize many events, including career fairs, festivals, and treasure hunts. There are also many clubs, including hiking, sports, equestrian, education, spiritual, and water sports clubs.
Dislikes (Internships): The faculty encourages and trains students to work on their part to understand and learn the subject by giving application-based assignments. All the faculty members are just an email away. They give their appointments to students in need and help to understand students' POV as well. The faculty are a mixture from different parts of the world with diversity from Europe, Asian, and the UK.

The curriculum is well defined and the faculty are very helpful.
Tips: One of the key reasons I joined this university is because it's the cheapest Russell Group university, and the cost of living in Belfast is comparatively low compared to other cities. Belfast is a small city, and the university has scholarship programs, but they won't affect you. The course structure is well-defined, and the professors are very helpful, but you will struggle to get marks from them. Overall, I am quite satisfied with my experiences.
Likes (Part time work): You can get part-time work both on and off campus especially around Christmas. It may be a bit of a struggle at first, but there are plenty of part-time options available, so don't stress about finding a job. If you budget wisely, you can cover most of your expenses and even save some money.
Dislikes (Value for money): As an international student from India the high tuition and living costs at Queen's University Belfast can be a financial burden. The scholarship you receive won't be enough to offset the cost of living especially for housing and accommodation.

MSc Marketing - Batch of 2025

Wonderful city and university of love in with multiple opportunities to take on.
Tips: There is going to be a cultural shift academically as well as in general. Coming from a small town I have seen a lot of cultural socks here in my first month. I received a scholarship of 6000 pounds from QUB. It was based on my SOP. I am very satisfied with all of these factors, the university is amazing, the people are very helpful and generous, and the course is on point with my preference. Overall, I am quite satisfied with the course, country and university.
Likes (Part time work): Belfast is a comparatively small town but has a lot of part-time role opportunities across all domains. On-campus roles are pretty hard to accomplish as a lot of people apply for them at once. It sometimes gets hard to manage your day with part-time and lectures. It's right down to the minimum wage.
Dislikes (Post study jobs): Due to competition from other applicants, it is pretty hard to land a job of your interest. However, if you start early at applying to internships and placement while semesters are running you can get an upper hand on them. LinkedIn is also a very nice tool to make new connections that will help you land a role. All kinds of marketing roles are available starting from approximately. 18000-30000 year.

This place will help you transform to a stronger version.
Tips: After joining the college there will be huge cultural shift and cultural shocks. Develop a mindset to embrace the culture open heartedly. There will be a scholarship depending on your merit and they deduct it from total fees. I am partially satisfied with university, course, and country. Because the course was not entirely taught as promised for non technical students and they expected us to learn by ourselves and complete the course. This was a huge blow to non technical students.
Likes (Part time work): There are plenty of part time jobs on campus and around the campus. It's hard to manage studies and jobs at the same time but increases time management skills. Basic pay for all jobs. You need to manage the time schedules for job and academic works. If you are unable to manage, there are support systems to help you complete academic work from university.
Dislikes (Permanent Immigration): Due to change of rules, there is almost no chance of getting permanent settlement. An international student is given only a last priority. It is absolutely tough to compete with the native here for job hunting. If given a chance, I would definitely opt for permanent settlement.

A value for money university but the journey will be challenging.
Tips: Try to get to know about the weather. About the nearby places of university.
Apply for all the scholarships which you are eligible for. Try to connect with your alumni.
Acceptance of new changes both good and bad is a good skill to have. Be ready for challenges since life abroad is not what you see on social media.
Likes (Value for money): QUB offers high range of scholarships which makes the course fee more affordable and value for money.
Fees compared to other universities in mainland UK, QUB offer very competitive and good fees. Also, payment options are flexible and offer more discounts if you pay in full in advance .
Dislikes (Permanent Immigration): A permanent settlement takes 5 years in the UK. To reach that you need to find a sponsorship job which will help you to stay in for longer terms. Also rules by the UK home office change very often so bit uncertain to predict the future. But again not impossible to get a PR.

A course in QUB is a real time challenge and if you are really passionate about the subject.
Tips: I did get a real good experience out of my degree, not only academically but I did grow a lot in the real world understanding the job prospects and real-world skill set. I did get a scholarship based on my undergrad score in India at the time in 2020 but unsure today how the scholarships are awarded. I loved this large university in a small country.
Likes (Safety): Crime rate is the lowest and you feel safe to walk at any place even if it is dark and isolated in a remote area because the response rate for emergency services is really quick. I had an instance where police had to issue a fine to us as we broke a Covid house restriction but that's a pretty small fine though.
Dislikes (Indian Food): We don't find many Indian/Bangladeshi/Pakistani Restaurants in Belfast compared to other cities in the UK or Ireland as Northern Ireland has transportation challenges, I did cook mostly on my own. An average Indian dinner would cost an individual nearly 315-320.

The university offers many opportunities to grow.
Tips: Be ready to take on any opportunities that come. Be sure to study well, as it is not that hard to pass unless you put in the required effort. And also make sure to have fun too as the city has a lot of things to offer. The college also has a lot of programmes that are beneficial to students, so make sure to check them out.
Likes (Value for money): University has nice affiliation and the modules are relevant and well thought. All professors are well educated and helpful. The course also has a lot of assignments that are relevant to the job market and various subject expertise, but scoring in assignments also depends on the professor and his views.
Dislikes (Permanent Immigration): You have a chance to get PSW after you study for 2 more years. I wouldn't personally immigrate here but it does offer scope if you want to. Everything depends on the job you get, and the Visa sponsorship that your job might offer. It takes 5 years of sponsored visa to get permanent residence.

Leaving your comfort zone, yet finding comfort.
Tips: After taking admission in QUB, I haven’t had any problem and being in Belfast is the best kickstart for any student to start their new journey in the UK, as everything comes around to your budget. The professors interact with the students very well and they do not hesitate to clear the doubts. The college lectures are all offline but you do get study material online and research papers that help us in our assignment and exam preparation. There is a 3 floor library and a Riddel hall where you can do group study by booking the room. A graduate school is there as well which is beautiful and peaceful to study alone. The university has a sports centre including sports like private classes for yoga, aqua jogging, Pilates or dance, swimming, badminton, gym, rock climbing and much more.
The university offers various clubs to join such as Tai Jutsu, badminton club, caving club, skydiving club, dance club for especially for south Asian students, etc.
After completing the course, Queens has their app called ‘Simplicity’ where you can see which companies are hiring and there are graduate programs as well. Internships are also available which you can do only after you are done with your graduation, since it requires 40 hours of work every week and as a student, we are allowed only 20 hours. The Queen’s itself has cafes and student’s union where you can work part-time. QUB also comes under the Russell Group which is great for your CV.
As a student, everyone faces some or the other problem, but you have professors to give you advice and the university also offers support for the student’s well-being.
I realize that I took the right decision to choose QUB and I would recommend it to others as well but also, an honest suggestion would be getting into QUB in the September intake is preferable than the January intake.

Low tuition fee and good academic support
Tips: It belongs to the prestigious Russell group of Universities. Students should learn some skills back from their home country that would help them to maneuver through their academic and social life. Also, have their CV tailored as per the UK requirements
Likes (Safety): Safety depends on the area of residence and the area of travel. I was fortunate to live in student accommodation at ulster University and Queen's University during my course but in the last two months, I will be shifting outside the campus accommodation.
Dislikes (Quality of faculty): In my second semester almost there were two months of academic strike that caused concern but later was resolved. Not all faculties are full time working so you have to take appointments. The online library & extra activities help for academic and job purposes.

Best postgraduate experience at this university.
Tips: Get ready to take up academics seriously with the programs offered to be research intensive in terms of assignments and exams. Engaging in several university clubs and events will provide ample exposure to leadership and is also fun. Learn a thing or two about Irish culture.
Likes (Internships): Belfast is a booming city with a lot of upcoming business opportunities. Local companies hire interns and part time employees. Plenty of summer internships are available with decent pay. Regular effort in applying for internships is required to reach out to employers but the hiring process is fair and square.
Dislikes (Indian Food): There are limited options for Indian cuisine and can often be pricey. Having local food is quite feasible. Good university, very cheap living cost and good for IT students
Tips: The university is very friendly with people and you can have many different clubs to join. From all other universities in UK, this is the cheapest with living rates. There is a variety of different food options however the city isn't as lively as London or Dublin so just make sure you know it'll get a bit quiet at times.
Likes (Indian Food): There are many Indian restaurants around here, like at least 4 at minimum. You can easily order food from delivery or visit them. Also, there are pretty decent Indian shops around where you can buy all the items from India, all original. They're pretty good and you can find almost anything you need.
Dislikes (Part time work): Part time work personally for me has been a bit hard to find but others around me have gotten part-time work pretty easily. I tried applying for part-time jobs in restaurants and other jobs such as receptionist but I never got a response back from anywhere.

Queens college is good for cyber security course
Tips: As it is a cybersecurity degree, knowledge of ethical hacking or industry experience will help a lot to grasp the study material. While doing the degree, you can also pursue certificates like Splunk, CEH, CompTIA etc as they will help you in the recruitment process.
Likes (Safety): When we joined the course, the structure of the classes was okay. In a month, the first week was reading week, the next was the classes, and the exam was on the last day. The third and fourth week was reserved for the coursework. After our batch, the structure was changed which made the course more efficient. You have to help yourself and study very hard as the exam pattern is very different from that of India.
Dislikes (Value for money): The faculty had a lot of credibilities. They helped us whenever we had any doubts. The course content was also good and explained thoroughly. Mostly, all the professors are PhD and have immense knowledge. But now, the faculty is changed so please check the Queen's faculty page.

Good college, good opportunities.
Tips: The course I'm currently doing is very helpful and enjoyable for me. They've given me many opportunities regarding social life as well as academics. I received the general entry scholarship as I got 575+ points in my leaving certificate. Being an Indian, there's a huge Indian society here, and it feels like home. We celebrate Diwali, etc. It's also close to Dublin, so we can go to other events but stay out of the busy town.
Likes (Value for money): Justified for Europeans, not justified for non-European and international students. It is very high considering the college doesn't give back to us in any way. We don't see where our money is going. It is also the country. Ireland is a very expensive place to live in.
Dislikes (Post study jobs): Very hard to find jobs. But it's mainly about the job market rather than the college itself. Not many companies want to sponsor a visa. From what I've heard, they prefer locals over students who need sponsorship, as it is easier for them and they get the same skill sets.

Lots of learning..........
Tips: Come prepared for anything. It's a good experience that will definitely shape you in a way that you cannot imagine. Most importantly, try to get at least 3 years of experience before coming here if you want to get even an entry-level job in Ireland.
Likes (Indian Food): There are a lot of food options that you can get in India, but the prices are going to be a bit shocking at first, but that's the only downside of that. I don't know much of the names of the restaurants available, but there are lots of them, and even for groceries, there are a lot of options here.
Dislikes (Part time work): There were not many available openings for part-time jobs. Even if it did, it was mostly applicable to PhD students. not for masters. The average pay in most places would be the basic pay, but in colleges, you would get a decent pay of 17.24 to 22.00. In terms of manageability, it is a bit difficult but manageable.

Tips: Partially satisfied, best of both worlds, easy going and good education. I cope up pretty well, a bit of cultural shift but it's not as hard. I didn't avail scholarships, I got it through normal means. I feel I am satisfied with my university to a certain level but I am not complaining.

A subtle trampoline for growth.
Tips: I experienced a great cultural shift after coming here. We all have a concrete plan before but landing here nullifies all our expectations and plans. You will 100% come across a path that you didn't plan but is best for your growth. It will take time to assimilate into a new way of life, but sooner or later, you will enjoy it. I didn't get any scholarship. University, course and country, all three are great for me, fully satisfied.
Likes (Quality of faculty): The faculty is great at welcoming international students, they organise inclusion events specially to have us international students feel at home. You can easily approach any faculty member regardless of their hierarchy. Teaching methodology is quite different compared to India. After a month or two you will grasp the process. There are lecturers from all across the globe.
Dislikes (Internships): Here in Ireland, it's not like India, where companies will come after. The faculty will provide you with the best tools they can but it's up to our efforts to go after an internship opportunity, so the biggest hurdle for this is you being on a student visa. Companies want to invest their time in people they can train for the long term, and with Visa requirements, there is uncertainty from our side.

You get to experience a lot of things, like new friends, new ethnic exposure, mentors, etc.
Tips: Network with people.
Participate in the clubs and other activities.
Join the volunteering stuff.
Come out of the comfort zone and be independent. Try to make friends with people from other countries you will get a good exposure. Don't be in an Indian group all the time, be self dependent and look for better options.
Try to look for accommodation on Facebook.
Bring part time CV and give it to as many shops as you can.
Likes (Quality of faculty): Faculty is amazing and super helpful.
Teaching is mainly like an open schooling so you have to make notes by yourself as they won't give any notes.
Assignments are strict so don't try to copy from the AI, otherwise you will fail in that subject.
Dislikes (Part time work): It's a bit difficult to get part time unless you go alone with a CV and give it to all the shops
On campus part time is very competitive but not impossible so keep applying from the college website all the time for the mentor or assistant roles.
14.15/hour is the current payment.

A really fun, supportive and understanding place to be in.
Tips: It's a lot of work. It would be better if students try to get an overview of the coursework. Do not think that you are gonna get the job the month after finishing college, it takes time so be ready and patient. Build LinkedIn connections and start reaching out to them, ask them if they can refer you and keep the connection. When you can start applying, you'll have a set of connections and you'll have a higher chance of getting a job.
Likes (Value for money): The university is really good. The professors take their job very seriously and the assignments are not too theoretical it's more practical, you could use those assignments as a topic during interviews and the university itself is very beautiful and really big.
Dislikes (Post study jobs): Finance as a domain has a lot of scope in Ireland. There are a lot of job opportunities in Edge funds, private Equity and Quantitative finance. However it's important that you have some experience before Master's for you to get a job. It's really hard to get a job as a fresher and it does take a lot of time for the application process so expect to have patience.

Internships were not part of my course.
Tips: The education method is different. Nothing here is spoon feeding. Always prepare before classes.
I did not get any scholarship even though I applied for it. Nobody really received it this year.
I'm satisfied enough, but I could've been happier if I were not antisocial.
Likes (Quality of faculty): Very approachable and friendly faculty. Different teaching method from India. Updated modules/ subjects.
They don't ask you to take notes for everything. Everything is up to us. Come to class or not. But they are very friendly. We could ask them anything, they are very helpful.
Dislikes (Internships): Internships were not part of my course. It was not mandatory to do an internship during the course.
But I did remote internships without pay related to my field, Data science. However, that was of no use. Getting paid internships is difficult. There are other courses in University, where internships are part of the course.

Good academics and college life.
Tips: You'll get fit in very quickly if you are inclusive of different people and their ideas and scholarships are available but are mainly given to students with good work experience and SOP. Also give good consideration to choosing the right counsellor and applying early helps too.
Likes (Student Life): Commuting to attending college classes, cooking and doing assignments and group activities will take a major portion of your time.
The quality of students you have here and the professors you get. Also the college life is great, you have your own college pub and bar, lots of fun activities and clubs, it's exactly how we see in movies but you're actually living it.
Dislikes (Part time work): Since it's a small countryside and Maynooth is a student town, there is a huge competition for part time roles. Also commuting to Dublin for part time is not feasible as the journey takes around an hour or more. The average hourly pay here in Ireland for the year 2026 is 13.5/hr and you can do up to 20 hours a week while your college classes are going on, you can work extra hours during December or during semester break.

The campus is quite student friendly and safe.
Tips: I will suggest that students learn how to search for the best articles online, which will help students during assignment time. Learn more about academic writing, as it helps a lot with assignments. Try to be friendly with everyone, as it will help you to be a good student. The faculty is extremely understanding and will assist you with your projects.
Likes (Safety): The management of the university ensures the safety of both students and the campus itself. The management regularly conducts fire drills, and they take student safety seriously by making sure all their security practices align with those of the local police department.
Dislikes (Indian Food): Indian food at Maynooth is expensive. There are a few places on campus that offer a wide selection of foods, including pizza, Indian, sandwiches, etc. , but they can be price. Plus, the food is on the greasy side, which isn't everyone preference. It's definitely cheaper to eat off-campus.

Friendly and supportive university.
Tips: Before joining this college, students should check out the accommodation first, as the University is located on the outskirts of the city. Highly qualified faculty and welcoming peers.
Tips: The college is good and friendly. There are lots of events you can participate in many clubs and societies you can join. There is also free food and things that the college gives. Events are really nice and have good atmosphere. Public transportation in Ireland is super friendly, accessible and convenient. I spend around 70 euros. The university has good reputation for education. This is the best one in Ireland and I'd really recommend it.

The university doesn't offer many good internships.
Tips: Nothing much, but they should know about their course structure and their future career path. If fresher, according to that, or experienced then according they can search. So, scholarships are based on luck but not on any merit. They may not expect any scholarship.
Likes (Permanent Immigration): After finishing their studies students have multiple options for settling down. In addition to finding a job in the IT field students may also find employment in a variety of industries and try to secure a post-study visa. Even though getting a visa can be a little difficult the rewards are well worth it for the students.
Dislikes (Internships): Unfortunately, the university doesn’t offer many good internships and it’s hard to find any on your own. Even though the school has a website with internship postings, getting hired is still difficult. The college does have the BCP Project that functions as an internship but it’s unclear whether or not this experience will help you in the future. So after graduation finding an internship will be pretty much impossible.

A supportive and engaging university experience at Maynooth.
Tips: The university is very student-centric, offering strong academic support (including research and writing assistance). I did not get any scholarships. The country is beautiful, relatively safe, and welcoming. Just be prepared for the cold, wet weather - you’ll get used to it after a year or two.
Likes (Public transportation): The university is very welcoming, with a supportive environment that makes you feel at home. The campus is beautiful, peaceful and offers great facilities for both studying and socializing. Cultural events, music festivals, career workshops and society meetups are organised frequently. Many career fairs will be taking place and lots of industry leaders will be coming as guest lecturers.
Dislikes (Student Life): The faculty is highly knowledgeable and also very supportive. They connect on real-world experience. All the instructions will be provided in written format for better clarity and remembrance.

College is very good and worth the money.
Tips: You might get a scholarship at this college if you contact them earlier. This is dependent on your time frame for reaching out to the university, and it may vary per intake and per course. Plan wisely to ensure you find the best path for yourself. Feel free to participate in events and activities that are hosted on campus.
Likes (Permanent Immigration): I am hoping to get a critical skill visa after my graduation and am applying to them actively. In my field of study, there are not a lot of companies offering CSEP, but there are a few startups that offer a decent package so that I can support myself and settle here. Also, there are lots of visa types available in Ireland that make it easy to stay after graduation, including the general work permit.
Dislikes (Post study jobs): There are a lot of post-study job opportunities available, but it depends on which streamline you are opting for as an individual. But they are not usually given to people who have high grades or credit in their previous degree. It's always best to do the maximum amount of research before planning your career abroad.

Great University with good faculty.
Tips: I got a scholarship and applied through the PAC website while applying for admission. I changed my dressing style and some food, but I have adapted to some Irish food. I have experienced great friendships and a helping nature from the students and faculty.
Likes (Value for money): The university is good. Good faculty gives us good projects to work on for group work, and we get to work with students from other countries. The faculty are from different countries and have experience in teaching. They assist us with the projects and help us.
Dislikes (Indian Food): The canteen has Irish food and things like chips and cool drinks, but it's in the same price range as the places outside of the university. I understand that the students at the university are mostly from Ireland, but there should be more food options for the students who came from different countries.

The university is good but it is difficult to find a scholarship.
Tips: There is no cultural shift, everything went well. Scholarships are purely based on luck. The lectures are good and very stress-free. The country is safe, and everyone here is friendly, and there is no racism here. The course was good, but there is more strength in teaching courses.
Likes (Public transportation): There is good transportation available all day long, but it is reduced for students. There are good connections to all parts of the campus. Students can also easily travel from Dublin. Since students receive a discounted rate for all types of transportation, it is very affordable.
Dislikes (Post study jobs): Very few companies will sponsor jobs, and we need to apply for the visa ourselves, according to the salary range. So, I'm not sure what companies sponsor, but it seems likely that jobs in healthcare are more likely to be sponsored than technical jobs.

Supportive, diverse, and a global network of opportunities.
Tips: The transition did involve a cultural shift. I received a merit based scholarship that covered part of my tuition so I suggest future students look for similar opportunities to apply for. I would also suggest that they come prepared for some independent learning and reach out to other students in their peer group for advice.
Likes (Safety): The campus is well monitored with 24/7 security and I have always felt safe. Apart from campus security, there are late night transport services student support teams and safety apps for emergencies. My experience in the city has been positive. People are helpful and public places feel secure even at night.
Dislikes (Permanent Immigration): The country provides clear and achievable pathways for permanent residency especially for skilled graduates and international students. With a relevant job and visa the chances of settling here are quite good given the quality of life safety and work opportunities. I would definitely consider permanent immigration if the opportunity arises.

The university is good but it's hard to get internships at the moment.
Tips: I'd highly recommend this program to students with prior work experience. It's more like self-study with only two in-person classes each week and no exams. The main focus is the assignments and two final projects. It's a good option for those seeking a place to start their higher education journey since the program is less demanding than other universities. Ireland was ranked the third most peaceful country in the world. The Irish are friendly and they mostly mind their own business. There are lots of Eastern Europeans in Dublin, and they're friendly and polite. Ireland is definitely an immigrant-friendly nation. Overall, I am satisfied with my experiences.
Dislikes (Internships): It's hard to get internships at the moment, as companies in Ireland aren't so focused on internships. References could be an added advantage in landing an internship, as unofficial companies seem to prefer European students. We have been depending on the BCP project for internships.

Maynooth University is a hidden gem.
Tips: Before joining students should know that the university offers the highest quality education at lower prices than more famous universities in Ireland. It is hard to find a job after graduation, so be prepared to have extra savings. Ireland is an excellent place for software engineering, law, or pharma. To get a job in the next year, start applying for jobs on LinkedIn or Indeed at the start of September.
Dislikes (Permanent Immigration): Getting a job in the finance industry in Ireland isn't easy. The world economy is not expanding, and Europe is notorious for its complex and lengthy immigration process. However, Ireland is still one of the best countries in Europe. If you are exceptionally good, more opportunities will be presented to you.
