About GRE Quantitative Section

Q:   Can I use a calculator during the GRE Quant section?

Yes, you are allowed to use a calculator for the GRE Quant section during exam. The calculator will appear on the test screen (No additional calculator). You cannot bring your own calculator to the exam center or use a physical calculator. The on-screen calculator includes basic functions, which will help you avoid calculation mistakes. 

Q:   What are the hardest topics in GRE Quant?
A:

Data Interpretation, Probability, and Combinatorics (permutations and combinations) are some of the challenging topics for GRE test takers. Other than this, word problems such as work/rate or ratio questions and coordinate geometry questions can also be tough.
