Introduction of ‘MyBest Scores’

This recently added feature would come into effect from August onwards, and combine the candidate's best scores for each section from all of their valid TOEFL iBT scores in the last 2 years. Confused? Don't be. All TOEFL iBT score reports sent after August 2019 would have the candidates’ usual scores along with their ‘MyBest Scores.’

ETS has worked towards making the TOEFL registration process much smoother and user-friendly. Account management for TOEFL users has been enhanced providing candidates with a chance to enjoy greater functionality and improved registration services.

Afternoon Testing Sessions Now Open Worldwide

ETS – the organizing body of the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) has rolled out a second set of initiatives to enhance the TOEFL iBT® test experience for students worldwide. Starting immediately, students wanting to appear for their TOEFL test can register for afternoon testing sessions on select dates, a shift that effectively doubles the testing capacity of participating test centres on those dates. In addition, students can test on consecutive weekends as available dates permit — a significant improvement from the previous 12-day retest waiting period.
