Candidates appearing for their GRE should be aware that there is no minimum or maximum GRE score required for a particular college. Students can never fail their GRE. The average GRE score differs for every subject. An engineering student will need higher marks in the Quantitative Section and an arts and humanities student will need higher marks in the Verbal Section. Q:   What is GRE exam for?
A:

GRE or Graduate Record Examination is a standardized computer based exam conducted by the by Educational Testing Service (ETS). Many top business schools in the world offer admission in Business programs on the basis of GRE Score. This test access the aptitude of a student for abstract thinking. Score equal to 160 or above is a good enough to get admission in various courses. There are two types of GRE tests.

  1. GRE General Test
  2. GRE Subject Test

Also, students can take the GRE exam at home.

Q:   What is the structure of GRE exam?
A:

The GRE exam structure is not complex. All the questions are related to Verbal Reasoning, Quantitative Reasoning, and Analytical Writing. Students will have only one hour and 58 minutes to complete the exam. Note that the score of the Analytical Writing section does not count toward the final GRE score.

The University of Hertfordshire has a 70% acceptance rate, making it easy to get into and having simple admissions requirements. At Hertfordshire, some programs may require four to five years of experience. To enroll in any programme at Hertfordshire University, students must meet the qualifying requirements.
