They have to appear for the Common Entrance Test (CUET) conducted by ICAR. Postgraduate candidates must appear for the ICAR All India Entrance Examination for Admission (AIEEA PG). PhD candidates can apply for UAS admissions through ICAR AICE-JRF/SRF.The college offers three degree programs: B.Sc. (Agri.), B.Tech. (Biotech.), and B.Tech. (Food Tech.).
