Eligibility Criteria for MSc in Animation

The eligibility criteria to pursue an MSc in Animation may vary by college. However, if we talk about the general criteria, then most of the colleges ask for a bachelor's degree from a recognised college/university with at least 50 per cent marks in animation or allied subjects. Generally students pursuing courses like BSc in Animation, BSc in Multimedia and Animation, BA VFX and Animation etc are given preference for admission. Many colleges allow candidates to participate in their admission process only if they have completed their graduation from a recognised college.

Entrance Exams for MSc in Animation

Some colleges admit students on the basis of merit. This merit is decided on the basis of the qualifying exam i.e. Graduation marks. While many colleges conduct entrance exams to offer an MSc degree in Animation. This admission process takes place in two or three stages which include a written test, a studio test and an interview.
