Yes indeed. The basic qualification for doing training to become a commercial pilot is only 12th with physics and mathematics. There is no upper age limit. as you are an engineering graduate I am sure you would have done your 12th with maths and physics or at least you would have done your diploma in one of the subjects of engineering which can be treated as an equivalent to doing 12th with science.
in view of the foregoing there is no doubt in my mind that you are eligible to go for training as a commercial pilot in any of the flying institutes.
Best wishes to you.

If I invest money in CPL, will there be a guaranteed placement?
Hello,
There is no guarantee for placements, especially right now due to the jet airways issue. But if you are confident about your skills then, you have nothing to worry about.
All the best.

Actually, there are plenty of such academies named after the late prime minister of India Rajiv Gandhi in different places in India. If you had mentioned the name of the place I would have given more definitive information but it's ok. Admissions for BSC in AME is based on the marks obtained in the class 12th exam. Though some institutes conduct their own entrance. You have done your diploma hence you must seek and obtain equivalent to 12th certificate from the institute from which you have done your diploma. All other issues regarding admission are available on the website of the institute in whatever place you want to seek admission.
Best wishes to you.
