APSET 2021 result of the certificate verification will be announced soon. The second phase of APSET certificate verification was held on January 5, 2022, for candidates who could not attend or complete the verification in the first phase. The first phase of APSET certificate verification was held from December 20 to 22, 2021. Candidates who qualified the exam need to appear for the verification of documents basis on which the Andhra Univerisity will issue the certificates. The APSET result and scorecard were released on November 22. The University released the roll numbers of the candidates who have been provisionally declared qualified in the exam, subject to the fulfilment of APSET eligibility criteria. The exam was held on October 31, 2021, in eight regional centres of the state. 

What is APSET?

Andhra Pradesh State Eligibility Test (APSET) is conducted by Andhra University, Vishakhapatnam on behalf of the Government of Andhra Pradesh to determine the eligibility of candidates for the post of Assistant Professors or Lecturers in the colleges and universities of the state. The exam is conducted for a total of 30 subjects as mentioned below.

APSET Certificate Verification 2021

The dates and schedule of the first and second phases of APSET certificate verification 2021 were released along with the list of centres. Qualified candidates needed to appear for verification along with the following documents:

  • SSC/ equivalent certificate in proof of date of birth
  • PG pass certificate (provisional/ original degree certificate)
  • PG marks statements of all semesters
  • Caste/ EWS certificate issued by AP government
  • Physically handicapped certificate (for PwD candidates)
  • Filled-in proforma for verification
  • One passport size photograph
  • Address slips

APSET Result 2021

Andhra University has declared the APSET result 2021. Candidates can check their results by downloading the scorecard. Have a look at the steps below to check and download the APSET scorecard:

APSET Cutoff 2021

The APSET cutoff 2021 has been released along with the result. The cutoff marks are decided category-wise separately for each subject. The aggregate percentage of both the papers corresponding to the number of shifts is taken as the APSET cut off for a particular subject.

APSET Question Paper 2021

APSET Application Form 2021

APSET Selection Process 2021

APSET selection process includes the following steps:

Step 1: Fill APSET Application Form

Aspirants need to fill the APSET 2021 application form on the official website of the exam. The application process for the APSET exam would be complete only when candidates fill in all their educational details, personal details, upload their passport size photograph as well as pay the APSET 2021 application fee before submitting it.

Step 2: Get APSET Admit Card

Candidates can download their APSET 2021 admit card from the official website of the exam by providing their registration number and date of birth.

Step 3: Appear for APSET

Aspirants need to appear for the APSET exam as per the date, time and venue mentioned on their admit card. APSET exam consists of two papers. While Paper 1 is common for all aspirants, Paper 2 consists questions from the stream/subject selected by the candidate. The minimum qualifying marks in the APSET exam are as follows:
