I myself have been placed in four companies I. e. EPAM, IBM, Cognizant and Capgemini. There is a specialised department for Career Development which helps in upbringing the capabilities of the student he/she is unaware of. I would highly recommend all the 10+2 pass outs to do consider this university before you take admission anywhere. If you have some caliber you'll surely get placed in a good company. Many good and renowned companies visit our campus for placements. So if you are thinking of joining a private university, Chandigarh University can be a smart choice. Pros of CU
No Ragging at all, I am not sure if this is a perk, some little of it is fun. Excellent placements, the university brings you top product-based companies like Google, Informatica, Amazon American Express, Code Nation, Walmart, Nutanix, JusPay, and a lot of other companies as well. Support for NCC and sports activities, if you are good at sports the university will support you give you attendance, even scholarships for you to play and represent them. The fees here are comparatively less and they offer many scholarships to the students too. It has good foreign exchange programs, you can meet a lot of international students on the campus as well and also go to other international universities for semester exchange if you are interested. Placement starts as early as the end of the 6th semester for CSE students. It is close to the mountains, I have to add this as a three-hour drive can take you to Shimla, Manali, Triund, Rishikesh and all other beautiful spots are nearby so incase you want to travel and you like mountains you can make the best of your college life on weekends. The college campus is huge with like so many facilities we even have a stadium I guess, and Dominos and whatever you require, so you don't need to step out of the campus. If a new movie is about to release you should expect the Star cast of that movie to appear on the campus for the promotion, it is crazy, every one has been here.

Hello Niki, I think so. Since application of computer science is across all the subjects, your missing out on maths should not pose a problem. However to be on safer side, I would like to advise you to download brochure of Savitribai Pune university to know about this in detail.
Best wishes to you.

Depends on you, if you feel that you can deal with people I. e the patients, then opt for nursing and if you like to work avoiding, any direct interaction with the patients then pharmacy is the one you should choose. But for both the cases you need to have a good base in Bio and Chem.
