Energy Law is a law specialisation that governs the use as well as taxation of renewable and non-renewable energy. Energy Laws include case law, rules, regulations, statutes and edicts that are related to energy.

Further, it is worth knowing that Energy Law deals with creating, enforcing as well as challenging laws that regulate the use of energy. So, Energy Laws exist so that energy creation and harvesting can be regulated. These laws also regulate the taxation of energy use.

Candidates can pursue undergraduate (UG) as well as postgraduate (PG) level program in the field of Energy Law.
