Eligibility: Pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 with English Physics Chemistry and Mathematics and pass with 50% aggregate marks in Physics Chemistry and Mathematics
or Pass with 50% in Diploma (any stream) (3 years) recognised by Central/ State government. (with Mathematics) or equivalent, subject to qualifying marks in NATA 2021 or JEE Main (Paper II) or qualifying marks in any specially designed aptitude test in Architecture conducted by the competent authority of the Central/ State Governments (as/if allowed by statutory body for 2021-22)
The following are the Basic programme outcomes :
PO1 : Design Thinking and development : Apply various methods to assess, analyze and propose design scheme for built environment typologies. PO2 : Skill development : Interpret document and present in graphic form all elements of building design manually as well as digitally. PO3 : Modern tool usage : Apply and integrate various software applications in design process. PO4 : Technical know-how : Analyze evolution of human habitat, various materials, techniques and technologies, its influence through ages. PO5 : Legal Compliance : Apply knowledge of legal and regulatory framework and codes of practice in establishing and managing organizations. Highlights of the Programme :
1)Approved by COA (Council of Architecture, New Delhi) for Indian Applicants only.
2)Approved NATA Test Centre at our campus. Credit Transfer
Student after successful completion of 2 years. At LPU may be given option to join partner/ receiving university abroad for the completion of programme subject to conditions and norms of regulatory bodies. For requisites and other clauses. International Exposure Option
Student may be given an option to go for 4 weeks study tour to USA/ European countries or any other country as decided by the University subject to conditions. Student may be given an option to join partner/ receiving university abroad for a semester as decided by the University subject to conditions. more

Lpu is better in all the aspects like teaching, curriculum, infrastructure, experience, placements etc. The architecture programme of lpu is approved by the agency of COA. Lpu provides the best academic exposure to it's students. The world-class infrastructure is congenial for the study of architecture. Many workshops and seminars are conducted by industry experts as LPU believes in experiential learning. Students are exposed to real site situations through in-house and external visits for visual orientation. Emphasis is given on the Entrepreneurship projects/Consultancy projects which give a cutting edge to the students of the University. So, I can definitely say that lpu provides a better learning experience and opportunities. If you clear the cutoff for paper 2 then you can get admission in some private colleges but you can also get admission to IITs by clearing JEE Advanced and then appearing for the AAT (Architecture aptitude test). Other than IIT's other colleges where you can pursue B.Arch are NITs, SAPs (School of Architecture and Planning) and many other private institutions. more

Doing B.E. / B.Tech/ B.Arch through distance mode is not valid as per UGC guidelines. So never be pursue. B.Arch through regular mode is the best option. Further both courses also can not be pursue simultaneously through regular mode.

But with 79 percentile it is sure that you can Get any NIT or IIIT if you belong from other state. But still as per your percentile score you can try in HBTI Kanpur. Or better go with some other private institutions like Kalinga Institute of Industrial technology or CV Raman Global University.

First of all congrats, To be honest you must have to score more Tha namaste 95 I order to get a seat in NIT. Work hard for the next phase of JEE.

Yes, sure you are perfect to join any college with that percentile, using your quota.

NIT and SPA are difficult to get at this rank. However private colleges are the other options. You have one more chance for improvement in JEE Main paper-2 score in April 2021. So, improve your JEE Main rank and bring this below 5000 for more conformity.
