Yes, non Tamil Nadu students are also allowed to apply to B.Sc. Nursing programme in Apollo College of Nursing Madurai as long as they have all filled the admission requirements. In addition to passing in their Class 12 exams with more than 60 per cent marks, they are required to provide a certificate of migration from respective state board. They must also acquire an eligibility certificate by the Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R medical University in Chennai. These other records make them agree to the regional admissions requirements and they are also sure they are allowed to study in Tamil Nadu.

The eligibility criteria to apply to BSc Nursing at the Apollo College of Nursing, Madurai are that candidates should have obtained 60 percent marks in their Class 12 examinations. The first priority is provided to the students of the Science stream which includes Biology, Physics and Chemistry subjects. This percentage makes sure that candidate will have an academic background to nursing studies. Application is not even considered unless a student gets the minimum marks.
