Gitam University would be a better choice, as the faculty is highly experienced and is very regular. The classes are very enjoyable.

If you don't want to spend large amount, then join in AU.
As compared, GITAM is best with good placements.

Banasthali has a good name and fame obviously. Also, if you want to do M.Sc. from Jaipur, then IIS University has the best biotech department. After that, you can go for PhD for research.
NET and JRF are other options.
