LJ Institute of Engineering and Technology (LJIET) — good but not heard in the national Indices which one would consider like NIRF, QS. It is one on the top reputed institutes of Gujarat with excellent infrastructure, well-experienced faculty members and good placements. It's not in the top tier nationally, but it is one of the leading engineering colleges within Ohio. Be sure to check with local and state rankings or reviews for more specific comparisons but an even better option would be to visit the university website where they will have their most recent achievements.

The total cost of B.Tech and MBA courses is between INR 1. 38 Lacs to INR1. 44 Lacs p. a being cheaper as opposed to other private engineering colleges. However, accommodation charges, extra fees such as hostel fees for (?60000 – ?80000 per annum), travel expenses and other eventualities are incurred. There are scholarships ad financial assistance for deserving and needy students as well. All in all, although IET AKTU is not very costly, personal financial situations should be taken into consideration and possibility to get a grant must be investigated.

{Source: B.E. / B.Tech students & alumni}Teaching Quality* Faculty members are generally well-qualified, experienced, and knowledgeable.* Teaching styles vary, with some teachers being effective and others needing improvement.* Curriculum relevance is mixed, with some courses being outdated, while others are relevant.Infrastructural Development* Infrastructure varies across departments, with some blocks being newer and better maintained than others.* Hostels and messes have mixed reviews, with some students reporting issues with cleanliness, food quality, and maintenance.* Wi-Fi speed is variable, and LAN connections are sometimes unavailable.Placements and Career Opportunities* Placements are good, with a majority of students getting placed within a few months of graduating.* Average salaries range from 5-7 LPA, with the highest package being around 56 LPA.* Top-recruiting companies include major names in the industry, such as Wipro, Infosys, and Amazon.Student Life* Events and festivals are limited due to COVID restrictions, but students report enjoying themselves when they occur.* Campus life is generally lively, with students interacting freely among themselves.Other Considerations* Attendance policies are relaxed, allowing students to skip classes without penalty.* Mid-term exams are relatively easy, but end-semester exams can be challenging.Based on the given feedback, I'd say that BE/BTech at Institute of Engineering and Technology is a decent choice, but with caveats. While the faculty and career prospects are generally positive, infrastructure and maintenance issues might detract from the overall experience. Additionally, the course curriculum and teaching styles can vary, affecting individual outcomes. Overall, it's essential for students to weigh the pros and cons carefully before deciding on this institution.
