Most of the companies start the placement process with a pre-placement talk that describes the job profile, the company's vision and the services provided by them. Students are advised to attend the PPT for the desired company as it is the base step of preparation for that particular company. Thereafter, prepare a decent resume highlighting your skills, academic background, and extra-curricular details. The most important step of the placement interview is the test conducted by the interviewer. Students should well prepare the Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability, and Quantitative Awareness topics. Alongside this, prepare the basics of the core subject, depending upon the branch they are studying in. To excel in the GD round, try to initiate first and listen carefully to the point put forward by the other members.

Dr. Akhilesh Das Gupta Institute of Technology and Management (ADGITM) does not provide a 100% scholarship for its students. However, there are government scholarships available for certain categories of students. For example, merit-based scholarships are offered to SC/ST/OBC students from Delhi who are pursuing professional or technical courses. It's worth mentioning that while the institute helps facilitate these government scholarships, it does not offer its own scholarships. Therefore, students looking for financial support should consider external scholarship options and reach out to the institute's administration for advice on what is available.
