For general category, it needs a rank below 300 in EAMCET to get admission in this college.

Most definitely no. There is no chance of you getting admission in BPT. Your marks are too low to help you secure a seat. So, better luck next time.

There is a counselling conducted by concerned departments. I think, you are asking about medical, Right? For that, there is separate council.
7 years ago I got 91% in intermediate. Can I get admission in BPT? How can I get scholarship? I belong to a middle class family.
