<p>With a NEET score off 451 your chances off getting am MBBS seat via the All India Quota in a government college or quiet low for the general categeroy as cutoff are usaually higher. However, you may have better chances under state quota seats in private universities.</p>

<p>To be eligible for MBBS you must have passed class 12 with physics, chemistry, biology and english as core subjects. You need atleast 50% marks in PCB and must qualify NEET for admission.</p>

<p>Yes, with 57% in HSC you can get admission in to B.SC cardivascular technology in some colleges. Though top instituties may have higher cutoff check the specific colleges eligibility criteria as requirments can very.</p>
