With 37 percentile in JEE Mains and around 80700 rank, as a SC category student it will be very hard to get a seat in good government engineering colleges, because even with reservation the cut off is usually higher. But still you can try in some of the less popular branches or in newly opened government colleges where competition is less. Your 59% in HSC is enough for eligibility, so you can also look for state level counseling and some private colleges as backup.

With an SC category female rank of 5 Lacs in JEE Main, it's highly unlikely to get into a top NIT or any other good government engineering college. The competition for SC category seats is intense, and a rank of 5 Lacs is generally considered very low for these institutions. While there might be some very low-ranked NITs or state-level colleges, it's more likely that you'd need to explore options like private colleges or other engineering programs.
