Hi Divya,
Scars can be from chicken-pox marks, stitches, cuts or burns.
If you have any marks on your face, neck, arms or legs, you need to see if they can be concealed with make-up, masked by hair or hide.
If you can do that, the scars should not be a problem
Scars can fade in time with laser treatments or by using ointments such as Bio-oil.
Small birth marks are fine. Larger or darker, that must not be visible while wearing the uniform.

No Institute can provide you 100% placement guarantee as they do not give the same in writing. Please do not get confused, Frankfinn offers 100% placement assistance, not placement guarantee. They will help you search a job through campus interviews and details. However, they will not guarantee that you will get the job. As no other institute can either.

To become an air hostess, you shall take due care of your physical vital stats, your height and body weight all are important. Ensure that you do not get a permanent tattoo. Swimming and training in emergency situations is also important. Though each aviation company has its own training module before you start working and you can apply directly by going through the vacancies in the newspaper or you can join any institute for training and placement assistance.

Pilot with Air India,

Your height and other parameters are absolutely perfect for the profile of cabin crew but I'm afraid eyesight of -ve 2.5 is a matter of worry.
Usually acceptable range is +/- 0.5. Still you should check with the hiring airline. Because eyesight parameters vary from operator to operator.

Pilot with Air India,

Actually, you do not require any training to get hired as a cabin crew, all your training is conducted by the airline itself. Each airline has its own SOP (Standard Operating Procedures), wherein certain compulsory procedures are same in all the airlines whereas the supplementary procedures vary drastically. Most of the Institutes which provide training for cabin crew do not have enough infrastructure to conduct the training in a realistic environment. DGR (Dangerous Goods), AVSEC (Aviation Security), Evacuation, etc., are some of the basic and most important training, which only an airline can conduct in a realistic manner. As it requires...
