You have ample time to prepare.
LLB entrance is not a tough nut to crack. You can go through following reference books:
1) universal guide for LLB;
2) S.S guide by Anand Prakash Mishra;
3) the Hindu diary of events for the year 2014-15 (for current affairs).
The abovementioned material is more than sufficient. Make sure you practice at least 5 mock papers before you appear for the exam. It will give you lot of confidence and will let u know as to how to approach the paper. Good luck.

Hello Silija,
It is recommended that you can join an engineering coaching institute as it increases the probability of qualifying the entrance examination. These institutions provide a proper guidance to the student. They also take periodic tests for the student to assess his strong and weak zones and the student can focus more on his weak zones.
Though, it isn't mandatory to join those institutes and there are many students who have qualified even without joining any engineering coaching institute, I firmly believe that joining those institutes is recommended. Without the support of those institutes, it will be tougher for a stude... View more

To crack AMUEEE, first of all you need a good preparation with sound knowledge of physics, chemistry and maths.
Chemistry would be easy as always, physics would be more theoretical with smaller numerical problems and maths would be a little bit on diverse side with a little time taking numerical. But the main issue of AMUEEE exam is time management, as you have to answer around 150 questions in 3 hours with 1 positive marks and 0.25 negative marks.
Cutoff for external students goes around 65-75 and for internal 55-65.
Best of luck!

Hi,
The SSC-CGL is a competitive examination based on 4 sections: aptitude, reasoning, general awareness, and English. Among these sections, English and quantitative aptitude are of prime importance, as they are the ones which form the major chunk of the examination. So, these should be given due importance.
Now coming to your graduation, you should work on above-mentioned subjects while preparing for the SSC exam. In your holidays during the year breaks, you can sharpen your skills in various sections which will make you competent enough to crack the examination in the first go.

Just focus on the basic concepts and keep solving different questions based on different applications of the concepts. IIT do ask questions which include 2 or more concepts clubbed in one question. So, keep trying solving questions from different reference books. Get a good test series to evaluate your preparation. Coaching is a good option if you are ready to cope up with school and coaching timings.

Choosing the right coaching institute is really important. Consider following factors while making a decision-
1. Look up at the records of the coaching institutes for past few years. See if the numbers are steady or fluctuating too much. If numbers are fluctuating too much it means that the coaching institute is not able to meet the requirements of everyone.
2. Very important - Talk to the students in the coaching personally and get their reviews about it.
See how the coaching treats everyone. A good coaching should give attention to every student. It is the case in many institutes that toppers are given special attention whil... View more

The NCERT books help you in clearing your doubts regarding the concepts. Conceptual clarity is really important both for NEET and JEE exams.
Other than that, you can refer to Arihant and MTG books. They have a good approach in the practice exercises and are all to the level of NEET only. They can help you a lot. Then in these books, you can refer to the previous years' questions and so you can get an idea of the questions and the type of questions that are repeated.
Practice more and try to solve many questions in time. That will help you to get good marks which will eventually lead you to a good college through the NEET exam.
All the best!
