TFWS category has to relatively secure a better rank than any other candidate who can be of any category ( General, SC, ST, OBC) in order to get the subsidies of the TFWS category. This happens due to the fact that the number of TFWS seats under MHT CET is relatively less and the number of students to opt for those seats are very high.
