The JEE Mains exam was been conducted on 8th April which is why you can't get the papers now. However, some coaching institutes provide the answer key with the question paper.

Normally, speaking the agency conducting LEET gives out link for previous year’s question paper and answer. Alternatively, if you Google, you will find plenty of resources that will offer you what you desire. I would like to recommend one more thing to you. Do appear for mock test. The last year cutoff for management was somewhere 146 for CSE. You can get through Management in mechanical, chemical or Civil or EEE. For general CSE, it was 160 though it slipped to 126 for CSE in 5th round. So, don't lose hope as you are likely to get ECE if the cutoff still dropped which has around 90% chances as every year.

I think you will agree with me that your rank in MHTCET is a bit on the lower side. VJTI is the topmost choice of students. Hence one needs to be in 90percentile bracket to get admission here. However to help you I am attaching a link that will predict college for you.

No, even though the Andhra Pradesh LAWCET examination is conducted by the same body for both courses, yet, the question papers are different. The Andhra Pradesh LAWCET 3-year LL.B. Question paper and Andhra Pradesh LAWCET 5-year LL.B. Question paper contain questions from three sections: 1) General Knowledge and Mental Ability, 2) Current Affairs and 3) Aptitude for Law. However, questions in the two question papers are different. The difficulty level of the question papers for the two types of law courses will be different. The Andhra Pradesh PGLCET question paper will be more difficult.

Chandigarh University doesn't hold a record of question paper online, though it has all its question papers in the main library of Chandigarh University which can be referred from there itself.
