It depends on how much skills and experience do you have. If you are a fresher, then starting may be about 2.5 to 3. But if you are experienced, then it will give you a lot better.

BE/B.Tech or equivalent qualification in first class with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks or CGPA 6.84/10 (average of all semesters for which results are available). Minimum of 65% marks or CGPA 6.84 in section B alone for candidates with AMIE/graduation IETE qualification. Candidates who are going to complete the above course in the academic year 2016-17 are also eligible to apply provided final Degree is available by 31/8/2017. The qualification prescribed and the benchmark are only the MINIMUM requirement and fulfilling the same does not automatically make candidates eligible for Written Test.

<p>The official website of Board of Secondary Education Assam (SEBA) maintains a database of current question papers that you can access at the website. SEBA provides PDFs of previous yearly examination questions for subjects such as Assamese and Social Science and General Mathematics and General Science through its official website. The website contains model papers alongside sample papers for Assam HSLC exam preparation. There are 100 exam marks for each subject but the questions fall into three categories as easy with 30% weighting and moderate with 50% weighting alongside difficult questions which account for 20%.</p>

Yes, Jamia is really good. But as per my opinion both IIMC and Jamia are almost at same level. So you can go for anyone. It’s totally depend on the admission selection procedure and the admission process of both campus. Otherwise you can opt any college of GGSIP university. Those offer journalism and Mass Communication. So if you are interested then, in GGSIPU you can opt JIMS, Vasant Kunj or VIPS, Pitampura.
