Try clearing all the concepts that you find a little bit tough. Immense practice is what one requires to crack IIT - JEE. Solve various question papers every now and then, try finding questions that require a multi step approach to solve. In case of any difficulty, ask your doubts, it is necessary to have your doubts cleared. Once you master a topic, solve as many tough questions as you can.

It's very heartening to know your dream of appearing for JEE. Let me point out that, syllabus for JEE Mains is same as that of 12th of CBSE. There is absolutely no difference. Hence books prescribed by CBSE for their students are the best for JEE Mains. JEE Advanced is totally different cup of tea. Here too syllabus is same but questions are invariably original and are based on concepts. Hence rather than mugging up answers, understanding of concepts is a must.
