IIT Gandhinagar offers a Ph.D. course to students at the doctoral level in 13 specialisations. Apart from regular Ph.D. courses, the institute also provides Start Early Ph.D. courses to students. Offered in regular and continuing doctoral programmes (CDP) mode, admission to Ph.D. and Start Early Ph.D. courses is based on an interview round which is followed by a written test, if necessary. To get into IIT, you need to first clear IIT -Mains, students clearing Mains are eligible for IIT-Advanced. Those who clear Advanced exam finally get into IITs. Its mandatory to clear Mains and Advanced to get into IITs. After 10th, you can start preparing for IITs by self or enroll into a good coaching institute.

Yes, after clearing IIT JAM exam, you can pursue M.Sc from IIT. You should start your preparations, but you will be eligible in B.Sc final year to apply for IIT jam.

For admission into IIT, Kharagpur you need to take JEE Advance and score some really good marks,however as per your marks you aren't qualified for JEE Advance so prepare for next year.
