HI
If you check Wikipedia, there are more than 30 institutes offering aerospace/aeronautical engineering in India alone including IITs. The reason for people not choosing or knowing about it is the herd mentality. While choosing the branch, you have to see the scope after 4-6 years and not presently. Moreover, the specialization happens at Master's Level or beyond.
Don't let anyone pressurize you into doing anything, even if it concerns filling simple documents. Research the institute and check whether you want to pursue the course before sending any documents. There are lots of campuses which would want you to join, and if you join some obscure institute, you could pass on a better opportunity. Good Luck!

Change in weather is obvious as you will be traveling from one continent to other. If you can beat this allergy with the help of any treatment, you can go for it else things will be tough for you.
