Definitely, you can. A job will not stop your studies. You may enroll for distance education and continue your studies further.
The job profile of an air hostess / cabin crew includes travel to various places across the network of the operator.
Hence you may not be able to attend regular college for further studies but you will always be free to attend distance education colleges and continue your studies.

The general eligibility criterion for Air Hostess in the majority of airlines is as follows: (a) 10+2 pass from a recognised board of education. Some airlines prefer graduates.(b) Age of candidate should be between 18 to 25 years (c) Min height required is 157.5 centimetres and weight should be in proportion to height(d) Good Communication skills with mastery over spoken Hindi, English. Foreign language certification will be a good additional qualification. Based on your height, you may not be eligible for the job of an air hostess.

My personal suggestion would be NONE. If you think that you are a cabin crew material, please apply for all the available vacancies with the airlines. If you get selected, they train you in any case. Airlines do not trust on the training acquired from institutions. The only help you get from the institution is that of the interview dates.
In the interview, no airline will ask you any questions about Safety, First Aid or Services coz they are airline specific when it comes to service. In Air India, cabin crew who are permanent work until they attain the age of 60. Those who join as contractual work till the contract gets over (probably 5 years) or when it further extends. Other airlines also hire cabin crew on the contractual basis. It extends as per the company requirements.
