<p>Your MHT CET PCM score of 78 percentile is based on the performance of candidates in the exam as a whole, i.e., how many candidates there are and their marks. Typically, the percentile is determined on the basis of how your score is in relation to others.</p>

60 marks percentile goes to an average of 47,001-53,000. I'm assuming pcm is the stream you have chosen (PHY CHEM MATH). The stream doesn't matter.
