In hotel business - chefs and the food/beverage experts are the one of the highest paid staffs. They have a great scope everywhere. The front office managements comes in the next category.
Any diploma, degree or MBA from India will only help in getting jobs in Indian hotels. But, if you have plans to work abroad, you have to qualify with that country's degree/diploma to get job there.
Australia, Canada has good scope. USA & UK are also good but the supply ratio is more than the demand there. So, unless you are really good, it is going to be very hard to sustain.

While there aren't enough placements for every student, those with strong skill Sets can find nice opportunities on campus. According on the rank and skills of the student, some businesses make incredibly good offers. However, there are few opportunities for students to get placed. Placements are not enough for all students but students having good skill set can have good opportunities for him/her in campus placements.
