Hello Kanika
First, think about how much you have to score in your JEE exam and prepare accordingly. It is very simple, you are preparing for class 12th exams so prepare well and your class 12th syllabus contributes a big part of JEE exam. Automatically, you can prepare almost 50% portion of the syllabus and rest of class 11th portion whenever you are free. Think about which chapters are easy for you and revise them. And you will score better.
All the best!
