Please mention from where did you download the sample papers. Is it from Shiksha or some other website? Also, the sample paper those are available online are for reference purpose only, to give you an idea about the exam pattern. For practicing purpose, it will be better to refer to the coaching guides available in the market.

I would like to tell you that you can't get the question paper because it was collected back by the authorities after the examination you can get sample question papers.

The test is divided into three papers. Paper I is common whereas Paper II and Paper III have been merged from this academic session onwards.
