Not, likely. You may get into lower NITs such as NIT Pondicherry and NIT Manipur. Choose them if you find them worthy. Else, chances are less with decent branch.

See, if your concepts are best and you are very clear about your concepts then practising from Pradeep will prove beneficial to you, otherwise, it will become chaotic for you to solve Pradeep because it not only consists of 12 level questions it also has competitive exam questions. So, think and do.

The syllabus for CAT and TANCET are quite similar but has only one key difference. Though both exams cover the same core quantitative ability, verbal ability and reading comprehension, and data interpretation & logical reasoning sections. You can definitely use CAT study material for these sections in your TANCET preparation. However, TANCET has an additional section called "Analysis of Business Situations" which is not present in the CAT exam.

All is need is to be interested in that subject. For admission in this university you have to face an entrance examination in some courses there are interview followed by the entrance examination (You only have to face interview if you qualified the entrance examination).
For previous year question papers,You can visit online websites such as Amazon, Flipkart, etc. or you can visit your market for previous year papers. Best of all, if you/your any relative is in Aligarh, then you can get previous year papers From Shamshad Market in Aligarh.
