For getting admission into the IIT you have to appear for both JEE Mains paper 1 and Paper 2 plus, you have to qualify for JEE Advanced and then you have to appear and qualify for architecture aptitude test which is conducted by the IIT to get a seat in IIT Kharagpur or IIT Roorkee with these marks JEE paper 2 you could try for josaa counselling and hope for the best you may get a seat in some NIT in the 3rd or 4th round.

The minimum merit score (IPE boards%+NATA score) has to be above 140. And if you are satisfying this condition then, I think you can easily get admission in here through your combined scores.
