The best subject to do after class 12th with CS can be BE/ B.Tech in CSE from a highly reputed engineering institution. More courses with high demand in CS are:
1. B.Tech in IT

3. B.Sc IT

Hi, you can pursue graduation in Journalism after your class 12th board. After completing graduation, you can go with PG or PG Diploma in this stream. You can go with government colleges, but you can go with private college as well. You could have better placement in private college/institutions.

Based on my knowledge software engineering is at great demand in comparison to mechanical. One of my friend has done software engineering from IGDTUW, Delhi. They have good placements of course and you can work abroad also. Choose what interests you the most.

Yes, you are eligible but I don't know why you want to join B.Ed, usually, engineering graduates don't join. If you are passionate about teaching you can start to teach for competitive exams without B.Ed.

Yes, you can surely opt for teaching Maths as a career. However, with a B.Tech/M.Tech degree, you can't teach Maths to post-secondary (after class 12th) students. In order to do so, you have to pursue M.Sc. In mathematics or you can even go for Ph.D. and end up being a professor teaching engineering undergrads. There's one more option, you can go for tutoring in private coaching classes as they don't really care about your degree if you are well versed in your discipline.

You can apply for the entrance tests of various related colleges like JNU, DU, BHU, etc. You can apply on the basis of merit in some colleges, but it will be hard for you as you have secured 81% only and there are many aspirants with more than 90%.
