GATE 2019 will be conducted by IIT Chennai and they have displayed a very nice webpage where all the required information is available. You can download the syllabus for all the papers that you are interested in preparing for so that you know how and what to study. However for obtaining old question papers along with answers you will just need to Google and you will find hundreds of web pages with this information. I will be honest by telling you that I don't know the exact answer for your question but there are certain ways that might help you. You can go though the website of the college or can contact some alumni for the same. Alumni groups are made over facebook and other social media platforms. You can connect with them, and ask your queries. This might help you.

For that you should concentrate more on NCERT’s biology. To get marks above 500 you can do the following:
Attempt 25 questions in physics. 20*4 equals to 80 and then 40 in chemistry.

I dont have the papers' with me but I can provide a source. One can easily buy Arihant or any other publisher's book from Amazon or Flipkart for Jamia Milia Islamia MBA entrance exam. In that one can get last 3-4 years papers, plus some reading material specially designed for the purpose of the entrance exam.

<p>You can get previous year question paper for entrance exam of M.Sc in Economics of St.Xaviers college, Kolkata on their respective website. Generally all colleges and universities post past year papers on their website. If you are not able to find any previous year paper on their website then you can try to find PYQ books of various publication.</p>

There no such rank in JEE Mains. You need to score more than the required cutoff to appear for JEE Advanced exam. The cutoff for general category is around 100.
