Nope. From this year onwards, its mandatory for all candidates seeking admission in MBBS and BDS college to appear NEET examination. Admission will be strictly on the basis of NEET.

<p>Yes, students can get admission to SRM IST Vadapalani without having to appear for any entrance exam. The admission is based on merit obtained in the qualifying exam. Candidates seeking admission to the PGDM (B&FS) of NIBM should appear for CAT 2016/ ATMA (2017)/ CMAT (2017).
Candidates short-listed on the basis of CAT 2016/ ATMA (2017)/ CMAT (2017) scores will be called for Writing Ability Test and Interview during April 2017 in select centers. Shortlisted applicants may have to take additional written test, if required at the later stage. The weightage will be given based on the score in the entrance tests.
