MHT-CET score is not required for this course.

You should give both MHT CET and JEE Mains+Advanced. If you clear JEE Mains with good marks then you will get NIT and if you will clear JEE Advance then you can get IITs. Placements for NITs and IITs are good so you should try for first JEE Mains and Advance and then MHTCET. From MHTCET, you will get government engineering colleges.

Cut off is college specific entity not exam specific so please specify the colleges or universities you are looking at
