Please mention from where did you download the sample papers. Is it from Shiksha or some other website? Also, the sample paper those are available online are for reference purpose only, to give you an idea about the exam pattern. For practicing purpose, it will be better to refer to the coaching guides available in the market.

I think you are not eligible, because the basic eligibility criteria demands for at least 50%, so you are not eligible for BTC or B.Ed.
